Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course

This is a standard 8 week Mindfulness course open to general Public and taught by Heather Bolton

The course will begin on Tuesday January 15th 2019 with an orientation session which is necessary for all participants to attend. The course will then continue for 8 weekly sessions on the following dates 22/1, 29/1,12/2,19/2,26/2,5/3,12/3,19/3. Please note there is no session on 5th February. The course includes a full day of meditation practice on Saturday 9th March.

The sessions will be held at Canolfan Penrallt in Bangor on Tuesday evenings from 5.45 till 8.15pm

Equipment such as yoga mats and cushions are provided as well as a coursebook and access to downloads. Heather will be available between sessions to offer support to participants where necessary in regard to the course.

The total price for the whole course (as outlined above) is £210. There are no standard concessions but Heather is open to offering reductions to participants who would struggle to pay the whole fee. (Please make clear you are requesting a reduction and briefly state the reason for doing this when applying).
