Taster sessions are a good way to try out some Mindfulness, meet the teacher, ask any questions and explore which course may be best suited to you.
If you are looking to introduce some Mindfulness into a work context or for a specific group of people you are involved with then we can provide a taster session tailored to your group's needs. Organising a taster session is often the best way to explore the next steps for your particular group.
