This session is an opportunity to be guided through all the different practices covered in the Breathworks Mindfulness for Health course. It is a wonderful way to bring all the themes introduced on the course together and to integrate them. The session also serves as a follow up to the course and there is time for sharing and questions. Anyone who has completed an 8 week Breathworks Mindfulness for Health course is very welcome to attend. It is a great way to refresh your practice.

The follow up takes place on Tuesday 22nd November from 9.30 - 12.00 in the morning. It will be held at Y Ganolfan, Fford Dewi Sant, Nefyn. This is a modern and comfortable community centre in Nefyn with ample parking on Fford Dewi Sant or in the car park behind which has space for 11 cars. It has full disabled access. We will be in the big hall which you can enter directly from the car park.

The Follow up is linked to the Nefyn Breathworks course . If you are not a participant on this course then there is a suggested donation of £5 - 15 for the morning..
