The course will be led by Tara and held on Wednesday evenings from 6.30 to 9pm at the Pontoon Cafe, Marinaland , Pwllheli. The Pontoon Cafe used to be one of the old sailing club premises and is a lovely venue overlooking the Marina. To find it, turn towards the seafront at the roundabout by Pwllheli train station down Embankment Road. Go past the council offices. At the roundabout near the seafront turn left along Morfa'r Garreg, a residential street with speed bumps. Go past  'Total Boat Care'  and turn left at the next turning into a large car parking area with houses on the left hand side. The Pontoon is the building diagonally opposite, across the parking area facing onto the Marina. There is plenty of parking next to the venue. Follow the yellow footstep markers around to the front of the building to enter. There are a couple of small single steps to enter the building and there is also no disabled toilet therefore unfortunately this venue would not be suitable for wheelchair users. The Tremadog or Nefyn venues both have full disabled access.

Free taster and orientation session: Wednesday 27th January 6.30 to 8.30pm

In addition to the evening classes there will be an (optional) ‘All Day’ of practice on Saturday 5th March from 9.45 am till 4 pm.  This will be held at St Joseph's Catholic Church, Fford Mela, Pwllheli, LL53 5AP

The cost of the 8 week course is £150. Concessionary rates are £110. 
It is possible to arrange to pay in instalments.

The cost includes the 8 evenings, the All Day of practice, written course materials, recordings of guided meditations and access to the teacher in between sessions for guidance and support if needed.
