The Present is an eight-week course supporting you to discover mindfulness and explore ways to develop well-being. The course focuses on encouraging us to have friendly, mindful awareness towards experience in the midst of our lives.
The programme supports exploration, discovery and kindly awareness of how things are for each of us day to day and from growing awareness introduces a variety of mindfulness practices that can be chosen to support our well-being.
Course Structure: 8 x 1.5 hours’ sessions, weekly. Small groups of less than 12
