The Present is an eight-week course supporting us to discover mindfulness and explore ways to develop well-being. The course focuses on encouraging us to have friendly, mindful awareness towards experience in the midst of our lives.

The programme supports exploration, discovery and kindly awareness of how things are for each of us day to day and from growing awareness introduces a variety of  mindfulness practices that can be chosen to support our well-being.

It is an experiential course with an emphasis on how to bring mindfulness into everyday living with many ‘in the moment’ practices. The six themes, Here and Now, Focusing, Coming Home to the Body, Coming Home to the Mind, Connection and Noticing Choice and Change are so relevant to my life – and our current circumstances
