These free drop-in sessions are offered on alternate Sunday evenings from 7-8pm
Suitable for anyone who has previously completed an 8-week Mindfulness course. This is an ideal way to join in with others online and practice together, giving your Mindfulness a boost!
The session will consist of a Mindfulness practice followed by some time for sharing.
