Drop In Mindfulness


Wednesday lunchtimes 12.30 - 1pm

This free weekly drop in is open to all but is especially oriented to beginners. Take a break at lunchtime and tune in for as much of the half-hour as you wish. There will be a short intro followed by a 10 - 15 minute Mindfulness practice. there may be a little time at the end for some sharing.

Please note there will be no drop-in on Wednesday 15th July
