Living in the Present
5 day retreat
with Sarah Silverton and Andrea Baqai
The retreat is located at Noddfa, a Welsh word meaning refuge, a place of welcome and peace, a place where you can regain energy in Penmaenmawr, Conwy, North Wales, in a lovely old house on the edge of Snowdonia with sea in front and the mountains behind.
During your stay all meals and refreshments will be catered for. All meals are vegetarian.
All rooms are single, with single beds generally although there are a few double bedrooms in the main house that may be available to book. The bathrooms are shared between three rooms.
Noddfa sits within beautiful grounds that are spacious and beautiful, when the weather allows, we will have walking practices outside. The fresh air and beautiful environment allow us to connect with the world around us, feeling our place in the wider world. This is a beautiful location to practice being more fully with yourself and your surroundings in stillness and movement. With eyes open and closed choosing ways that allow you to settle, explore your experiences and nourish yourself.
We will practice from 7am until 8.45 in the evening with a long lunch break to eat, rest, walk, practice (self-guided).
We arrive in the late afternoon on the first day and leave after lunch on the last day (specific timings vary between retreats so will be shared on the application form.)
We will be a small group of 10-12 people for each retreat.
Cost £850 including accommodation
