If you have completed an 8 week course before, either with us or with another teacher, then you are welcome to join us for the All Days.

This all-day will be held in St Pedrog's church hall, Llanbedrog. If you are travelling from Pwllheli on the A499 you turn L towards Llanbedrog beach by the garage. At a T junction you turn R and St Pedrog's church hall is just up there on the left hand side of the road. There is space for about 7 cars to park on the roadside by the hall and there is also a large National Trust car park about 2 minutes walk away near the beach. We will be using the upstairs room of the church hall. There is a ramp to a back door if you need to avoid using stairs, however unfortunately there are no disabled toilet facilities. If you are a wheelchair user you may find the Tremadog venue more suitable.

The All Day is a wonderful opportunity to strengthen and deepen your mindfulness practice in an atmosphere of supportive silence. This particular All Day is linked to the Llanbedrog 8 Week Course. 

If you are not attending the Llanbedrog 8 week course but would like to attend for the day the cost is £25 ( or £20 concessions ). Bring a packed lunch. To book contact us
